About us
Lead consultant, Ben Reynolds is an experienced and innovative freelance consultant & social entrepreneur, with detailed working knowledge of the voluntary/community (or third) sector, and particularly social enterprise.
Known for high personal integrity, and ability to relate to and create trust in all, Ben has a track record in delivering success and has been directly responsible for raising in excess of £2 million for the not-for-profit (third) sector, with indirect involvement in many more.
Ben holds a PhD in Culture and Urban Regeneration and has been a freelance consultant to the not-for-profit and public sectors since 2004.

Geraint holds an MA in Marketing, Chartered Marketer status and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner. He is currenlty working towards his PhD in global branding.

Derek Cobley - ACTS
Formerly the Senior and Principal Teacher Advisor for West Glamorgan County
Council, Derek operates a freelance consultancy in Education and the Arts
through his company Arts Collaborations Training and Support - ACTS.
Operating since 1996, his clients have included Schools, Universities and
local Authorities in both Wales and England, as well as private
organisations, predominantly in the field of Education in and through the
Arts. A.C.T.S. runs workshop programmes in Theatre, Writing and Design and
co-ordinates larger projects involving artists across many art forms.
Derek has acted as an evaluator for Arts projects across Britain and from
the U.S.A., worked extensively in schools and colleges on in-service
training, literacy and regeneration projects and lectured at University
level. He also directs theatre performances for professional tours at venues
across Wales and at Universities and Further Education Colleges and has
acted as production manager for Community Arts events and festivals. He has
worked on theatre and educational workshop programmes in the USA, Denmark,
Haiti and Sri Lanka. He created and coordinated a major festival for
children's books - "One of the UK's Top Ten Children's Festivals" The
Observer. - that attracted over 11,000 visitors to the 110 events of the
week.
Derek is also one of the National Advisers for the Arts Council of Wales and
a member of the British Association of Theatre Designers and Technicians.
